a state of being

Built on connection, intention, and the way we show up for ourselves and each other.

why we
built drench.

We built Drench because we couldn’t find a place that held all of it. The strength, the sweat, the stillness, the precision, the release. Everything that evolved us, all in one space, without having to piece it together across schedules, studios, and versions of ourselves. What we wanted wasn’t just variety. It was a connection and integration. A place where movement felt intentional, where the energy in the room mattered, and where you didn’t have to earn your way in.

Drench is our answer to that. A space built with care, where people feel acknowledged, cared for, and part of something real. Where instructors are valued, community voices are lifted, and giving back is part of how we move. We believe you can push yourself and take care of yourself. That you can grow and stay grounded. That we can all show up, do the work, and rise together.

Our values guide how we move, teach, connect, and care for one another, inside the studio and beyond.

  • We show up as we are. No pressure to perform. This is a space where you can arrive exactly as you are and still belong.

  • We lead with awareness. We pay attention to how we feel, how we move, and how we show up.

  • We stay connected. To our breath. To our bodies. To the people in the room. We’re not just working out. We’re in it together.

  • We make space for everyone. All levels. All stories. No ego. No judgment. You don’t have to earn your place here.

  • We choose progress over perfection. We don’t chase perfect reps or perfect routines. We seek to understand.

  • We grow through what we move through.

  • We lead with care. Toward ourselves and toward each other. No shame. No pressure. We challenge people without breaking them.

  • We feel it. Music & design isn’t background. It drives the room. It shapes the energy, the pace, the emotion.

For the community.

late fees that give back.

When life happens, and a late fee does too, half of that money goes back to local non-profits and community partners.

Hardship support when you need it.

The world can be heavy. If you lose your job, your next month is on us. We want you to know that when things get hard, you’re not alone here.

a thank you, built in.

We offer 15% off our non-founder memberships and retail for teachers, first responders, and veterans, because we believe care goes both ways.
